How does personalization work?
Create your design and order when checkout opens. A free proof is optional. We’ll send it for your approval before production. Revisions are free.
Can I order one?
Yes. One item is welcome. For a larger project, request a custom quote.
How long does it take?
Our standard target is to ship within 10 calendar days of payment. Delayed proof approval extends the timeline. Rush adds 10% for priority production; faster shipping is separate.
Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping is free in the contiguous U.S. We may deliver locally within about 30 minutes of Fayetteville. No customer pickup is available.
Changes & cancellations
Stocked items can be changed or canceled before production. Specially sourced products can be changed or canceled before we purchase them. Art can change before production. If you requested a proof, changes need a new approval.
If we make a mistake
We’ll replace the item free of charge. Contact Logan to get it sorted.
Can I bring my own item?
Yes. Request a Provide a Product quote so we can check the material and decoration area together.
